ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION CONVEYOR FELTS

Roller felts, non-damaged to aluminium profiles, abrogaten the problems which direct effect the quality like being scratched with their elastic textile fiber structure are used long terms up to 600°C temperatures during extrusion.
They don’t cause quickly cooling of profiles and formation of face cooling spots during anodic coating process because of the felt has low heat conductivity coefficient.

Aluminiun Extrusion Conveyor Felt Types

Up to 600 C : PBO + Kevlar Roller ( Brown colour )
Up to 480°C :Kevlar Roller ( yellow colour )
Up to 280̊ C : Aramid Roller ( cream colour )
Up to 180°C: Polyester Roller ( white colour )

HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT ROLLER FELTS

The roller felts are produced from different fibers for different temperature usages and they are used for temperatures between 600 C – 180 C Also, they are hardened specially by resin treatment for to strengthen extra against abrasion.
They are produced in required diameters and width.
