ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION CONVEYOR FELTS
Roller felts, non-damaged to aluminium profiles, abrogaten the problems which direct effect the quality like being scratched with their elastic textile fiber structure are used long terms up to 600°C temperatures during extrusion.
They don’t cause quickly cooling of profiles and formation of face cooling spots during anodic coating process because of the felt has low heat conductivity coefficient.
Aluminiun Extrusion Conveyor Felt Types
Up to 600 C : PBO + Kevlar Belt ( Brown colour )
Up to 480°C : Kevlar Belt ( yellow colour )
Up to 280̊ C : Aramid Belt ( cream colour )
Up to 180°C: Polyester Belt ( white colour )
HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT FELT BELTS
They are produced from different fibers by needling as required working temperature between 600°C – 180°C.
It doesn’t scratch aluminium profiles because of being a felt.
They are made endless with the condition adding special clips for endless felts which have assembling problem lines. Profile and gear strap application is available for felt belt bottom part.
All the felt belts have high abrasion and elangation resistance with high temperature resistance.
They are produced in required dimensions as specially.
