Calender Ironing Felts: One side is aramid and the other side is polyester, needled ironing felt. It is cut within auto-machines in the required width and made endless with stainless metal hooks and pins.

Chest Ironer Covering Felts: All kinds of calender ironing covering felts are available.The felt type changes according to temperature and steam pressure. There are 3 main types Polyester, Aramid-Polyester, and Aramid.
Thickness: Changes between 4-16 mm up on machine type.
Temperature resistant:
Polyester Felt: up to 150°C
Polyester / Aramid Felt: up to 190° C
Aramid Felt: up to 230° C

Cotton Folding Belts: Belt Structure: It is produced by weaving 100% special cotton thread as sheet folding belts and also towel folding belts with latex surfaces and cotton thread is available. It has high stabilization.
Width of Belt : 32 mm, 50 mm, 60mm, 70 mm, 100 mm as a standard.
Elastic Belts: Especially it are used for towel folding machines.
Belt Conformation: Cotton – Latex – Polyester
Width: Available in required width.
Length: Belts’ lengths are 50 m as roll.
Feeding Belts: 100% Polyester needled felt. One side is heated for carrying with high performance. Produced in required special sizes according to customer needs. Made endless with stainless metal hooks and pins.
Thickness: 3 mm
Max. Temperature resistant: 180 °C
Perforated Belts: 100% Polyester needled felt material with perforated special finishing for vacuum feeders.
Available in required width, length, and hole sizes. Made endless with stainless metal hooks and pins.
Guide Tape: The guide tapes provide carrying the sheets neatly in calender ironing machines.
Tape Structure: There are two types polyester and aramid. The selection is done according to heat values.
These Tapes are wide 13mm, 15mm and they are in 400 mt bobbin shapes
