High temperature resistant tube felts

Tube felts, non-damaged to profiles, abrogaten the problems which direct effect the quality like being scratched with their elastic textile fiber structure are used long times until 650ºC temperatures during extrusion.They don’t cause quickly cooling of profiles and formation of face cooling spots during anodic coating process because of the felt has low heat conductivity coefficient. The tube felts are produced from different fibers for different temperature usages and they are used 650ºC-100ºC temperatures. Also, they are hardened as specially to strengthen extra against abrasion. They are produced required width and diameters.

Endless Felt Belts

They are produced from different fibers by needling as required working temperature between 550ºC - 100ºC. It doesn’t scratch aluminium profiles because of being a felt.Endless felt belts don’t cause quickly cooling of profiles outgoing extrusion and formation of face cooling spots during anodizing. They are made endless with the condition adding special clips for endless felts which have assembling problem lines. All the felt belts have high abrasion and elangation resistance with high temperature resistance. They are produced required dimensions as specially.

Pad Felts
	The pad felts are produced from different fibers which use 650ºC-100ºC by needling. Also, they are hardened as specially to strengthen extra against abrasion. All the pad felts have high abrasion resistance with high temperature resistance.

 

Textile Hoses in Thermic oven Profiles
	These hoses are produced from textile materials resistant to 200ºC temperature by knitting in hose shape. They can be produced for every dimensions aluminium profiles.
